They're sticking to the classic white, blue, and red - safe, traditional, like that one friend who always orders the same thing at Nando's. Collar and side stripes are doing that split personality thing, half red, half blue, echoing the stripes on the front. White shorts and socks? Clean, babes.
Word on the street is the design went through a glow-up from prototype to final version. The stripes used to go all the way down, now they're fading out to white like they got shy halfway through. Maybe they clocked it was a bit too much like every Lyon kit. Hundred euros a pop, yeah, inflation is still here.
This jersey is actually quite nice to look at, but you could also get a Eurostar ticket to actually see the rivers for that price.
