FC Barcelona to wear 'Rolling Stones' at El Clasico

Latest Update: The Rolling Stones logo's final placement on Barcelona's kit for El Clásico remains a mystery. According to RAC 1, the legendary rock band is slated to make a prominent appearance on FC Barcelona's shirt during the highly anticipated Clásico match against Real Madrid on October 29th.

This collaborative effort follows previous successful partnerships with artists such as Rosalía and Drake. Recently, FC Barcelona unveiled their 23-24 Home Kit, which highlights their innovative alliance with Spotify. This partnership has opened up distinctive branding possibilities, with Rosalía's album logo temporarily replacing the Spotify logo for the Men's Clásico on March 19, 2023, and the Women's Clásico on March 25, 2023.

As part of these exciting endeavors, the club also released special edition kits adorned with the logos of these talented artists, although they did carry a higher price tag. The first music artist to feature on Barcelona's kit, Drake's inclusion was in celebration of his remarkable achievement of surpassing 50 billion streams on the Spotify platform.

These groundbreaking collaborations have revolutionized Barcelona's jerseys, introducing a captivating cultural dimension and deviating from conventional sponsorship branding.

In an interesting turn of events, the announcement coincides with The Rolling Stones' upcoming album release, "Hackney Diamonds," their first in 18 years. This long-awaited release adds an extra layer of intrigue to the already captivating partnership. Although some final details are yet to be ironed out, as revealed by RAC 1, anticipation is high for the collaboration's completion.
