Manchester City have taken their fashion game to new heights with their latest collection from DSquared2.
As they embarked on their journey to Leipzig for their Champions League group stage match, the team sported the trendy ensembles from this renowned fashion brand. DSquared2 has been the go-to label for Manchester City's European travels since 2017, and they continue to impress in their sixth year of collaboration.
While other teams, like AC Milan and Off-White, have embraced the varsity jacket trend, DSquared2 has put its own spin on it with a varsity-inspired cardigan. The navy base tone of the cardigan is accentuated by the distinct "DS" branding on the left chest.
Additional branding can be found on the left-hand side of the front, while a Manchester City callout proudly adorns the left arm, reminiscent of their controversial third shirt design from the previous season.
However, the standout feature of the design is the player name and number set on the back, reminiscent of a player jersey. It's worth noting that AC Milan and Off-White stole the show with their formal suits collaboration last season, beating DSquared2 to the punch.
As of now, there is no information regarding the availability of the Manchester City x DSquared2 23/24 collection for retail, but we eagerly anticipate its release. Stay tuned for updates on this exciting partnership.
